Notice Period: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled subject to availability, without any penalty if notified in advance.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions may incur full session fees.
How to Notify: Contact via phone, email, or messaging to inform me of cancellations or rescheduling.
Emergency Consideration: Exceptions may be made in case of emergencies; please discuss on a case-by-case basis.
